About J&A Cleaning Services Ltd
We deliver safe, compliant, and detail-focused cleaning solutions across Devon and Cornwall. From rough builders' cleans to final sparkle handovers and holiday lets, we take pride in reliability and immaculate standards.
Our story and mission
J&A Cleaning Services Ltd was founded with a clear objective: to bring high standards and dependable quality to cleaning projects across Devon and Cornwall. Having witnessed frequent inconsistencies and rushed jobs across domestic and construction sites, we set out to build a business rooted in accountability and trust.
What began as a focused local operation has expanded into a reputable regional contractor trusted by commercial clients, holiday-let owners, and construction project managers alike.
Reliable and supervision-free delivery
Site managers and property hosts partner with us because we get the job done right without supervision. We understand strict handover deadlines, guest turnover pressures, and the need for immediate responsiveness.
Our dedicated operatives arrive on time, follow detailed specifications, and solve problems proactively on site—ensuring your properties are immaculate and ready for handover or check-in every single time.
Accredited, vetted, and safety-led
Every team member undergoes thorough vetting, including identity, right-to-work, and reference checks. Our construction operatives hold valid CSCS cards and complete rigorous training in Health & Safety, Manual Handling, PPE, COSHH, Asbestos Awareness, and Infection Control.
Backed by our SMAS Worksafe accreditation, we ensure top-tier compliance, risk management, and safe operational standards across every project.
"J&A Cleaning Services consistently deliver immaculate finishes ahead of tight deadlines. Their operatives are thoroughly trained, punctual, and safe on site."
